all you gotta do is take your carbon fiber thing off. To do this, open up your glove box and reach around the back. I'm not sure if you need to unlatch the glovebox. When you reach around, you should be able to feel a tab that's located at the upper right corner of your carbon fiber panel. Push it and the corner should pop out. Then proceed to pull off the panel. Do this SLOWLY cause if you break that piece it's gonna cost you some $$$.

The other way to do it is to use a screwdriver and pry it off, but I don't recommend that. After you get it off, it should be straightforward(a few screws).
