He was wearing some type of sweapants (maybe bball warmups, who knows) and had the gun in the waistband. His pants started to fall down, and he grabbed the gun. Safety was off, pulled the trigger...bam.
I read one article that said it was a Glock, therefore no safety. A firearm with no safety + no holster + in the waistband of your pants = on stupid-ass mofo just waiting to shoot himself.
