which is better? It depends on what you want.

The TSX is relatively compact, while the TL is in the next class up size-wise. The TSX is only offered with a 2.4L 4cyl, while the TL comes with a more powerful 6cyl. TSX's w/ 6spd MT will be easier to find than TL's w/ MT. I believe both have drive-by-wire throttles, which some complain about lag. The TSX is a little more nimble, but the TL isn't exactly a slouch.
