Lotsa other people have suggested it for Mercury or Cadmium poisoning, but Zinc's effects are supposed to go away within 4 days. My appetite and energy levels are pretty much normal now, and Wikipedia insists that usually [welders and steelworkers] can return to work the next day after this kind of exposure (although I couldn't have possibly gone back any earlier than today).
