Just get another head. Seriously. It's a LOT less work. Buy everything you need for a timing belt job plus a head gasket, and you can swap them in an afternoon if you know what you're doing (or know someone who does). You wouldn't need to pull axles, transmission, align clutches, remove engine accessories or hunt down air tools and engine hoists. The best part is you won't have to clear the California emissions issues you would with a swap. NAPA has machine shops all over the US, and they charge about $150 for a 4-banger head reconditioning.
If your car is a CX, I've got one in my shed that needs a rebuild. Junkman (recycler) was going to give me $25 for it. Match that and pay shipping and it's yours.
If it's a DX, look around... there are tons of people who swapped engines that would be happy to part them out cheap.
If you want to swap, you will likely need a new exhaust, and will definitely need a new wiring harness, ECU, injectors, and all those timing belt parts I mentioned above. It's way more expensive to swap it than it is to fix it.
