Yea that sounds like what I need to do. Its effing california that is pissing me off right now cause basically if i swap this for a VTEC even though its the same block number I still have to go throught the freakin referee to make it smog legal! JDM motors don't come with emission controls which isn't bad I can take it off the old motor but I have to wire up the VTEC or go with USDM. USDM is a puss motor and I don't want it LoL.
