So I got a ticket at LAX parking tower. I have a brand new car that I have not put plates on for close to 6 month. My question is: Since I parked there at 8:30am on Wednesday and according to ticket, it was issued on 5:30am that day, can I fight it based on that alone? I have proof that I was there from 8:30am to 3 pm the following day.
