I printed out and plan on applying to get my PA LTCF. Sucks that if you live in Philadelphia County the cost for the application is $19. Since i live on the border, i'm considered Delaware County, which makes my application fee $46. Ouch.

My main reason for it is more and more this city is getting dangerous and if the situation arises and there's no other way out of it and i have to pull out, i want to do it legally. Just read about how people are carjacking people around my gf's way. One guy carjacked a CCW guy and the guy shot at the car jacker.

I honestly don't want to do it because i try my best to stay out of those type of situations, but at the same time, i dont want to be caught defenseless.
