Well I have 1-2gb, 2-1gb, and a 512 that I carry with me and I haven't had a problem since. The smaller cards remind me to remove all the pictures.
BTW...don't shoot on RAW unless you are doing massive amounts of editing/blowing the images up to obscene sizes.
Werd never understood the point in shooting RAW, I'd rather my photos be ready @ download then having to edit/resize/convert/whatever crap
