That's the problem. Allowing people to make a vote based on their religious opinions on how others live their lives is ridiculous. A christian conservative worried about the sanctity of a word should have no say in the personal lives of others or what their relationships are called. That's what is still fucked up about this country.
That's what votes are exactly for, people's opinions....religious or otherwise. Whatever their reason is for their vote, that is THEIR choice.
