You seem like a reasonable person at work so why not just let it go? But if you really must do something, maybe while you're talking to the girl, try to bring up something about us Filipinos and be like, 'man, doncha' just hate those Filipinos that love to act black. they have no sense of their heritage whatsoever'. See if he says anything. I don't know if that will fix him but that's what I'd do. h:
