Some store near me has a spice rack with 30 spices for I think like 30-40 bucks. Maybe I should do that. Its hard finding recipes that I have to correct spices for.
Fresh > dry. Too much sodium in a lot of the dry spices. I end up garlic'ing the shit out of everything unless its fresh. I need to figure out when our F.M. is done too.
