It is also on a case by case based on service history with the dealership. person A: who has done all their maint. and taken care of car will get good will and a happy exp. person B: who has never set foot inside the dealership before and shows a general lack of maint. upon inspection will either get denied good will or a 50/50 good will customer pay will be struck. It is also on a dealership by dealership/district by district basis on good will policy.
