My life has improved drastically in the last year. 2008 has been awesome in every regard except female stuff, but that honestly hasn't been a priority. Since starting these affirmations, I have:
-Made a bunch of dough (for me, anyway
h: )
-Paid off about $25k worth of mortgage
-got into the best shape of my life, more or less (see fitness thread pics :hay: )
-For the first time since I was a kid, I can say with confidence that I am not an alcoholic. I haven't been able to completely kick weekday drinking (there are a few social situations I couldn't get around), but it's nothing like the old habit of drinking 6 days a week, getting trashed probably 3-4 of those days.
-My anger/impatience problems still exist, but they're not nearly bad as they used to be
