Yeah, Mormons have a different belief in the afterlife than the typical Christian's view of Heaven and Hell. We believe in three "heavens" if you will. If you want details go to:

51-70 - Celestial - Best
71-80 - Terrestrial - Better
81-86 - Telestial - Good
To give cliffs, Celestial are those who accepted Christ in this life. If they didn't have the opportunity they accept him in the next life. Terrestrial are good people, had the opportunity to accept but didn't until the next life. Your average Joe probably fits into this category. Telestial are those who don't accept Christ, even in the next life when they know the truth but still refuse it. Stubborn bastards and really nasty folk will likely be here. There are lots of details of course. Only God can judge so don't ask me where Hitler's going or some goofy question like that.
