That's where it gets sticky. Does that mean a woman who has a miscarriage can be charged with manslaughter? Abuse of a child for going on a roller coaster while pregnant?

Laws are very literal and most morons don't seem to understand it.

Also, as I understand, the mormon afterlife heirarchy is very different from standard judeo-christianic beliefs, and allows for a post-life recantation of your sins for when you meet Jesus (And thus only the people who still reject Jesus after it all are damned). Is that correct? So his proclamation means he's probably just a type of evangelical nutjob who happens to like the word Mormon.

And yes, Prop 8 is the biggest piece of douchebaggery I've seen for a while, and I'm weirded out by the insane support coming from the mormon church.


Seriously, when did the idea of getting to vote to stop someone from marrying another consenting adult become OK in this country, especially CA? I see the whole matter as fundamentally unconstitutional.
