rick ... you know lots about that type of stuff?

i got a tv that blew out one weekend when i wasnt home from what i can only assume was lightning since it took a pc and my roomies tv too ... i can plug it in and the led power light on front just blinks on and off but it wont turn on. is that prolly a bad resistor as well?

i'd love to fix it, i hate it just sittin broke in my closet and i am a fine hand at soldering
