If i were you, i would go get a nice alarm with motion and shock sensors, prefereably a clifford, and run like 4 sirens. Thats much more security then some damn wheel locks. By the way, dont ask how i know but clifford seems to be one of the only alarms theifs cant tap into without hours or so.
motion sensors only work inside the car. you can lift a car with the shock sensor if youre careful without setting it off. for rims you need a tilt sensor. so when the car is tilted (ie with a jack) the alarm goes off. clifford alarms are the best
