i test drove the 328i and the 335i both auto. the automatic in the 328i is a GM unit while the automatic in the 335i is a ZF unit and are completely different.
when it comes to handling i prefer the 328i for 6/10 driving (aka normal driving). Main reason for this is because the ride is a lot more comfortable with the taller tires.
