They live downstairs. The first two days they moved in they were yelling and partying until like 2 am. It was like a tuesday and wednesday. They moved in like a week ago. Since then my apartment has smelled like cigarette smoke because they have been smoking inside, when they haven't been supposed to.
Right now they are talking with my manager, who lives next door. Apparently they are brothers. A little bit ago I heard a lot of thumping and yelling. One of them is talking to my manager because the other brother keeps trying to fight him. I think my manager is calling the cops. They were just running all around and one guy got thrown into my front door.

Wtf.

Two days ago, an apartment about 1/2 mile from here, that I almost rented, a kid shot and killed his mother.
Seriously. Wtf
