I understand the need to be strict in the on topic forums that are tech based or in fact on-topic...but what the fuck, who cares about the basement...take away post count in the basement again and it will still get whored. its a place to just be goofy, at least it used to be. now every thread has to have a thesis statement and a works sited page.
I agree with most of what you say...but that last part was just too much of an exaggeration. If it really was like that...the 5 page thread on your HAN resume would have been locked long ago. But, in the end, like Anthony said...the mods guide the direction of the site based on the members. If the direction isnt where you want to go, talk to someone who can make a difference. Being a 10/8/08 rebel ( :reechy: ) isnt going to accomplish anything....
