i've had one automatic car, and one manual car for the past 3 years.

to me, this is the best approach. i feel the advantages of both whenever i drive each car.

the heavy ass clutch and the necessity to be "delicate" with the throttle (for driving around town and being in traffic etc - basically anything non-performance) in the evo was a major pain in the ass at times.

going back to the 240sx with its remote start and automatic trans was always a pleasant experience.
