When I got appendicitis I was stopped up for a day or two leading up to some pain in my side. To be honest though it didn't hurt nearly as bad as everyone makes it out to be. I know I have a high threshold for pain but when the doctor did the ultrasound and told me I was a few short hours from bursting I thought he was joking because I was at work when they called me with the blood test results.
