Yep. Definitely looks like my distributor. Took it completely apart (not expecting it to work after putting it back together) Lots of oil inside it, metal shavings, that rusty red dust stuff, and the bearing on the shaft on the metal plate between the sensors is shot to hell; lots of slack, wobbles when spun and doesn't spin on center. Cleaned it up as best I could and put it back together. I'll keep my fingers crossed when I put it back on. And instead of dropping close to $200 for a new one, which engines share the same distributor that I could just get from a junk yard or donor car?

Also, on a similar note, I need to adjust my timing (maybe?) and need to know how to remove the timing belt cover to do so (maybe?). It looks like I need to remove a mounting bracket to do so, but it may be worth it since I probably need to replace my water pump anyway. Instructions on performing both of these actions would be greatly appreciated.

Also also, on a completely separate note, I need to replace my LAF (O2) sensor, but I've heard from numerous sources NOT to get the Bosch brand, but there seems to be no others available other than a universal (which was also not recommended). Other people have stated to check eBay for a special type (L1H1, I believe) but that search yielded nothing. Any suggestions?

Hope I'm not asking too much, but you guys have always been a great help to me. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Upon closer inspection while reassembling, it seems that the entire shaft is bent (warped?), possibly from overheating (hence the reason I may need to replace my water pump). Looks like I won't be driving it until I get a replacement...

EDIT EDIT: Actually, putting the shaft on a lathe, it's perfectly straight. The problem is the Shaft Bearing. So how do I replace that?
