Are you running aftermarket motormounts?
Aftermarket gauge cluster?
Maybe the frequency of your exhaust when the engine is stone cold matches the resonant frequency of your gauge cluster

If you really want, try putting on a different exhaust and see if it still rattles. You mentioned it only does this when your car warms up, so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
