have you ever been to D.C.? that is the real question. 5 years ago it was gang banger all voer. now it isn't believe it or not. you can actual;ly walk down the street at night without getting harrassed by a druggy, homeless person, or hooker. does this have anything to do with guns? nope. but i am just saying.

in mass to get a handgun you have to take a safety and shooting course at a certified place (state controlled). costs 100 bucks. then 100 bucks for a hand gun license, have to be 21 now i believe to do it get your license. can take course anytime. former military i believe do not need class. i believe you can be any age to get a rifle license. i know kids who are 5. their parents even bought them a shotgun and take them hunting, education there.

spanks and nightshade i ask you this. spanks i think you will agree. what is wrong with a little education about something before you own it?

many people want a gun and don't realize the damage it can do. only when you first fire real ammunition and see how it blows shit apart do you finally understand what guns are capable of. what is wrong with educating these people before they make their purchase? you don't go to a car dealership and buy a car without knowing anything about it. I am all for licensing and registration.
