If it's anything like removing the bumper from a 94(and it definitely should be),you will most certainly have to cut the plastic screws that are on the inside part right under the trunk lid and underneath the car,because they are a real b*tch to get off with just a screw driver and will most certainly strip before you get anywhere near getting them off.

Also,disconnect your side markers and you should be good to go after you unscrew the screws that are inside the wheel well.
