My 95 GSR didn't start the other day. I took the bolt out of the fuel and no gas squirted out. checked the voltage at the pump. When you turn the key to "run" there is voltage for about a second, and then you can hear the relay click and the voltage drops to zero at the pump.

Is this simply a bad relay?
