Well the problem with this whole thread is you all turned it partisan because a man got detained outside of an Obama rally by police officers of that region. Not the Secret Service sent to protect Obama but the police officers for that area. Partisan politics aside, I believe every citizen deserves the right to carry responsibly, it is up until the point they become irresponsible with a firearm I believe they should have all rights pertaining to the second amendment. I am more than willing to hear arguments as long as they are reasonable, which I believe both sides are trying to present their first hand experience and is reasonable in stating their opinions. Should it be the sole basis of law? No but it is noteworthy to point that bashing either side doesn't help your arguments

That aside, I still have no right to judge you nor have I. As long as I see you're being reasonable, I have no reason for closing a thread or what not. I've never closed or warned you for any of your posts.
When you started to talk about "Ban guns, why not ban cars, they can kill people, matches, they can kill people"; to me, you're already way off point.
We could be here all day, ban staplers, ban alcohol, they can kill people. That's not the argument. We're talking about guns.
Nec brought up many points, I don't agree with 100% of them, but from what I read, he was taking the middle ground and you (and Jesse) refused to see it.
