Some just have one located in the tank, that's meant to be used for the life of the car, unless you dump some pretty heinous shit into your tank. Changing the PCV valve is quite easy on many Hondas, but not all. And the PCV valve for 7th gens is more expensive (it's all metal) to my knowledge, I've seen $10-15. A shop should be able to take care of it no problem, anyone who has access to the service manual.
