I've heard that Ractive coilovers aren't that great. If all you're going for is the look of a lowered car, then they're fine, but, for any type of racing applications, they are ch!t. Ground Controls are the best I've heard; you're able to custom order spring stiffness. Skunk2s would be a runner up. Those two are on the expensive side. You should be prepared to change the shocks out soon afterwards as the stiffer springs are going to put stress on your stock shocks. This goes for any aftermarket springs. The stiffer the spring the faster your shocks are going to go.

Slickperformance.com has APC coilovers for $383 CAD. I've never heard anything about these but the price seems reasonable.
