but when i looked it up they say its not really a roundabout ... its a 'noncomforming traffic circle' whatever that means

i think its because they say that entering traffic has rightaway, not traffic already in the circle
and it also said that the first roundabout in the world was in the US ... i did not know, i thought they started in europe since they are more popular there
