It took an hour. I had to take my Dremel and shave off the interior rivets holding the metal clips that are on the 96-98 lip before I could pull them off. Those clips need to be removed in order for the lip to fit on a 99-00 rear bumber. After that, it was pretty straight forward.:thumbup:
