www.speedstate.com located in Scarborough has a full set (4) of H&R springs (OE Sport, Sport or Race) for $CAN280. You would still need to get them installed. I haven't actually purchased from them but they seem to answer email quickly.

If you end up buying from them let me know how the experience went.

I'm not sure why you need new springs if you have coilovers, since you can simply raise or lower the spring perch to change the ride height.
