the passenger's side seat is in good shape and just needs to be cleaned up. if i cant fix the driver's side seat then i'll just use the passenger seat for myself. 
what i did was look around ALOT!!! I ended up finding 98 gsr front and back seats (Not a mark on them) for $300.00 So the key to this is LOOK, LOOK, LOOK, i hade to drive 5-6 hours but, hell that beats $200.00 for shipping. Maybe look around and find a better set, sew that seat up and sell them! IMO good luck!
