The last comment, i think is way way off. The Mercedes is in the league of its own shared by BMW. I just beloeve that Honda is a league of it's own.
Example: I have always believed that the 4th gen Accord was the one who made the Acura name. They took that model of car and made it longer, hence The Legend, The Vigor, and now the CL TL and RL. But now they use the Civic as the RSX.
I just think that all the work was based on the 4th gen Accord Sedan car. Maybe I am biased on the 4th gen Accord, Could be, I love my car.
But I want to say, I have seen the 7th or new version of the Accord Coupe. It is definately a copy of Merc S500 tailights. I like the older ones, simply cause it was based on earlier accords and had their type of tail lights.
I also like knowing that the Accord Sedan hasn't shanges sizes on its exterior measurements. I used to think the 4th gen is longer then the the 6th gen. It's not, its is just the long tight lines and the low slung look of the 4th gen.
Although the Accord Sedan has similiar taillight treatment to the earlier sedans. I am still biased to the steel and light mixture.
