I'd just run an injector cleaner, Lucas is good stuff as it also lubes the upper cylinders. Seafoam does that also, but seems to be a bit better at actually cleaning, though might not be as affordable.
I wouldn't worry about ethanol(up to 10%) - from my experience, the only negative about it that isn't blown out of proportion or entirely made up, is that it will decrease mpg by a little.
