Yeah, I'm not saying I'm not wrong... I know I fucked up, and technically the officer had the right to issue the second ticket. What I'm going to try to convey to the judge is that the punishment is too severe for the crime, and that I've already payed my due.

I never got a "fix it" ticket or a warning. And now I'm looking at getting 4 points (the same as a hefty speeding ticket) for something that has absolutely no relation to my driving.
