A while back there was a big internet fraud around all the forums about this little kid selling honda part but cheat the buyer, but then this guy name Joe something he got the kid. He got law enforcement involve. He put up step by step of how to get the fraud. Does anybody know how to get back to those info or search? I couldn't find it. A friend of mine needs help
