Hey David - sorry I didn't get back to you earlier, I was out with the girlfriend and just got back to my place. Talked to the roomie (Tim) again, and it sounds like $170 is his bottom line. He's getting into that "if this guy wants them, imagine how much I could get for them on Craigslist!" phase.

Tim's out of town this weekend, and I'm going to be at the girlfriend's in Littleton, so I don't know if we'll be able to hook up this weekend. I'm *probably* going to be driving up to Boulder Monday night, so we could hook up then. Or I should be down here Tuesday & Wednesday nights. Let me know!
