i am trying to leave neutral feedback for a seller and it is prompting me to confirm that my comments are factual and that i am being fair to the seller... but it wont let me click the "continue and leave feedback" button

i tried last week and got the same result. is there a way to get around this? this guy deserves neutral (at best) feedback... but not being able to leave it kind of defeats the purpose of having it.

fwiw, i was able to leave positive feedback on another seller tonight with no problems....
