I know for me, even if they produce a good car (like the new Malibu), I can't help but associate any GM product with all the houses-on-wheels that crowd the roads around here. I'd be almost as likely to buy a Kia/Hyundai as I would anything GM for that reason alone.
Speaking of the malibu, my friend's neighbor got one, and the interior looks shockingly classy. Serious.
