If your only wanting to do about 250hp you can rock some DSM 450 injectors and find a resistor box for cheap or just wire in resistors inline. dsmtalk.com is a great place to find said injectors. I would personnaly consider getting some tunertoys injectors there pretty cheap and you give your self the capability for when you want more (and with a built block your going to lol)
