my neighbor has a automatic 95 civic with a d16.. the car was bought with a blown head gasket and no rad. everything was replaced new, fans new coolant everything. The car wont start the coils good, dissy is new, new plugs. theres spark, fuel, compression, the motor cranks it feels like its gonna start but it doesnt.any one have ne ideas
