So I went to renew motorcycle registration online for boyfriend (in return for him getting me lowering springs finally...sweet).


anddd when I went to do it, and it said 'A stop has been placed on your vehicle record'


PA Drivers/PennDot wiz's...wtf does this mean??

He has insurance, I called to make sure and hes paid till April of 09....:angry:
