I know not many people are from Washington, but I figure most states would do the same.

My tabs expire in July, so I need to go get testings. I currently have a CEL (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Malfunction, I think) I haven't had a chance to fix it yet. This may cause me to fail, but I'm not sure.
Will emission places fail you right off the bat if you have a CEL?
