Run away dude, it is NOT worth the trouble and heartache that can and probably will be associated with her in the future. The past few months I've had a situation somewhat similar in certain ways to yours, and I finally told her to pick me or him, she can't have both, and not to bother calling/txting/IMing/seeing me until she chooses.

It's hard, but you gotta draw the line and stick to it.
