When i got my car it had a d16y8 pulled from an auto running in a manual..

The intake manifold is automatic and i'm changing it to a manual.. The intake manifold i bought comes with a throttle body as well but has no wires. I know i need the 2 wire IACV.. But i'm wondering if i can use the wires from the auto for everything else.
