It's been going on for a while. I pulled the plug and ordered a Tamron 17-50mm for my Pentax K10D. Came with a filter (not that I needed) for $110 off. From an authorized Tamron Dealer so I'm covered with 6yrs warranty

Thinking of coming back and get the Sigma 10-20mm as well (also Authorized Sigma dealer).
