I live north of Baltimore (some rolling hills along I83), and drive mostly around the west side of B'more to Columbia, Annapolis and Westminster (lots of highways, back roads, and beltway). My work puts me in heavy traffic regularly, but allows me lots of non-rush hour travel as well. (not a regular commute.)
